MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD

The Brawley Farms Board members would like to express our since gratitude as we are faced with the Covid-19 Pandemic. We will adhere to the strictest guidelines set forth by the State of North Carolina and the City of Charlotte. We encourage each and everyone of our neighbors to adhere to any and all Executive orders that is in place or executive. In doing so, please ensure to check on your neighbors for see about their well being.

Please keep in mind, that some homeowners are working from home, and students are attending class online. Mecklenburg County has nusiance orders as well as curfews and we encourage all to abide by the rules set forth by our state and government officials. There are many resources available to anyone who may be in need. Please email Key Community Management or the Board of Directors should you have any questions.

If you are well and able, use this time to care for the upkeep of your property or do some spring cleaning. We are all in this together! Please adhere to social distancing and refrain from large social gatherings within our community, because an outbreak could affect us all.

The neighborhood has seen many upgrades and improvements over the last 18 months. Our neighborhood has grown tremendously and rapidly with the addition of Lanier Village, Townhomes at Crossely, and soon to be more additional homes. However, these communities are not apart of the Brawley HOA, but we all reside within the same boundaries. With change, there are always a few growing pains and hiccups along the way. Our goal is still One Community! One Family!

Rest assured that the Board of Directors are hard at work for Our Community. We will work with Key Community Management to resolve any issues or concerns that you may have because this is OUR Community. Thank you for your patience and understanding during the transitioning and growth process.

We are committed to moving as quickly as possible to research, inquire, clarify, resolve, and conclude all past issues in which we are aware. However, we ask for your patience and understanding as we focus on repairing our foundation and reinstating compliance and order to BFHOA. We believe in times of volatility and uncertainty, what most individuals need is clarity, and we will ensure you that we will communicate with you every step of the way. When we are informed, you are informed, because you are the Brawley Farms Home Owners Association.
